After interviewing approximately seven builders, we decided to enter into a contract with Ron Fonk of Woodfield Homes, Inc. What most impressed us about Mr. Fonk was his sincere attention to our concerns relating to maintaining budgetary parameters. Mr. Fonk met at our convenience and put our minds at ease by patiently breaking down every financial aspect of the building process.
While our home was under construction, we were pleasantly surprised to receive telephone calls from Mr. Fonk reporting the progress of the construction. Mr. Fonk took the initiative at least six times to schedule meetings to answer questions, make suggestions and address concerns. These meetings eliminated a huge amount of discomfort and stress associated with building a home. Mr. Fonk went out of his way to make himself available at our convenience.
We moved into our Woodfield home at the end of February 2000, and are extremely happy with its quality and beauty. My wife and I have said time and again, “there is nothing we would have done differently.” Our family and friends agree.
